These Terms & Conditions outline how my services operate and the responsibilities of both you (the client) and me (the travel planner).
1. About Wanderlust by Aimee
Wanderlust by Aimee is a UK-based travel-planning service offering itinerary design, destination recommendations, supplier sourcing and booking assistance.

- Fully personalised itineraries
- Accommodation, transport, and activity recommendations
- Booking support with third-party travel suppliers
- Pre-trip support and advice
- I will always clarify what is included in your chosen package.
3. Booking With Third Parties
All flights, accommodation, transfers and tours are provided by independent suppliers.
When requesting me to book on your behalf, you authorise me to share relevant personal details with those suppliers.
Each supplier has its own terms, conditions and cancellation rules which will apply to your booking.
I do not accept responsibility for:
- Flight delays
- Cancellations by airlines

- Supplier bankruptcy or closure
However, I will always assist you in navigating your options.

- Ensure passports, visas, vaccinations, insurance and entry requirements are valid
- Review all documents I send you
- Make payments to suppliers on time
- Inform me promptly of any changes to your plans
- I am not responsible for additional costs caused by incorrect information provided by you.
5. Fees & Payments
Planning fees are clearly stated following your Discovery Call.
Payment must be made before itinerary work begins.
Supplier payments are due directly to the airline/hotel/tour company, unless agreed otherwise.
Late payments may impact availability or pricing.
6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
I am not liable for costs arising from:
- Medical emergencies
- Lost baggage
- Cancelled flights
- Travel disruptions
- Theft or accidents
7. Liability
Wanderlust by Aimee is not liable for:

My liability is limited to the fees paid for my travel-planning service.

At Wanderlust by Aimee, I aim to provide a smooth, friendly and personalised travel-planning experience. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for my services.
1. Discovery Call
Discovery Calls are non-refundable if the session has taken place.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited.
If you choose to proceed with a full booking, your Discovery Call fee (if applicable) is deducted from your final package cost.
2. Travel Planning Packages / Itinerary Services
Once you have agreed to move forward and work begins:
2.1 Refund eligibility
- Planning fees are non-refundable once any research, itinerary work, or supplier communication has started.
- If you cancel before work begins, you may request a 50% refund of your planning fee.
- No refunds apply once your first draft or recommendations have been sent.
2.2 Cancellations by you
- If you decide to pause or cancel your trip:
- I will stop work as soon as you notify me.
- Any completed planning work up to that point remains payable.
- Supplier bookings (e.g., hotels, flights) follow their own cancellation terms, which I will explain before booking anything.
3. Supplier Refunds (Flights, Hotels, Tours, etc.)
Please note:
- I do not control airline, hotel, or tour operator policies.
- Refunds, date changes, or cancellations for travel products are subject to the supplier’s own terms.
Where possible, I will help you understand or process these, but decisions are made by the supplier.
4. Changes to Your Booking
If you need to make changes after bookings are confirmed:
- Some suppliers may charge amendment fees.
Additional time needed to re-plan or rearrange may incur a small service fee, discussed in advance.
5. Cancellations by Me
In the very unlikely event I must cancel or cannot fulfil your planning service:
You will receive a full refund of any fees paid for the planning service.
This does not apply to external travel bookings, as suppliers handle those refunds directly.
6. Payment Disputes
Any disputes or refund discussions must be sent to:
I aim to respond within 5 working days.
